Welcome to Reno!
For anyone that loves dogs,
Reno, Nevada was the place
to be August 2013.
Marcia Bittner, Show Chair for
the Reno Kennel Club states
that, once again, the RKC saw
participants from all over the
U.S., Canada, as well as other
parts of the world at the show.
The Reno Kennel Club was first
established in 1948, and the
Reno Kennel Club Dog Show has become a staple in the community with
nearly 160 different breeds competing in everything from Conformation to
Obedience and Rally.  $1 million gets pumped into the local economy due to
the number of vendors and the people attending the show.  For more details

Dog Show participants absolutely love Reno, Nevada: "The Biggest Little City
in the World."  They always say it's their favorite place to go. The weather can
be a little crazy, but the dog show is held indoors.  Next year the RKC show will
be moving to a larger venue: The Reno Sparks Livestock Events Center.
The host hotel for the 2014 RKC Dog Show will be the John Ascuaga's Nugget.
